A group of us traveled to the ancient city called Ayutthaya where we biked around the city and visited the various ancient ruins. Some of the more memorable ones included Wat Pra Mahathat where a Buddha is enclosed in a tree, Wat Phra Sri Sanphet, and Wat Ratburana. We also went to a place called Elephant Kraal where we were able to feed and play with baby elephants! The baby elephants were pretty rowdy and they wrestle with each other like puppies do!
Man... history and playing with baby elephants, what a trip! I'm not sure I would have done good with the biking though... :)
